Robert S. Gershon is a former supervising Assistant District Attorney. As a member of the Kings County Criminal Bar Association, he has risen to the position of Executive Vice-President. He sits on the Judiciary Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association, evaluating the qualifications of both sitting Judges and judicial candidates, and making appropriate recommendations. He is the Chairperson of the Assigned Counsel Screening Committee for Kings County and is a member of the Criminal Court of the City of NY Committee.
