| Mr. Hudak, a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Union County Bar Association, and Institute of Municipal Attorneys, holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, and is a cum laude graduate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Hudak has experience in federal and state securities law, securities and general litigation, general corporate law, public utility and administrative law. His major area of practice is the area of Municipal Bonds and Public Finance Law, and general municipal Law, including the drafting of ordinances and resolutions and all documents relating to the issuance of Bonds. Mr. Hudak has been involved on a day to day basis with municipal clients, has participated in numerous Bond closings, and in addition has been the Managing Bond Counsel on numerous Bond Issues. Mr. Hudak previously was the Managing Member of Frohling & Hudak, LLC,and a partner with its its predessors and worked in the Legal Department of Public Service Electric and Gas Company. He served as a Trustee for the Public Library of the City of Linden from 1987 to 1988, from 1988 through 1991 as counsel to the Planning Board of the City of Linden, and since 1994 has served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Linden.
